The Foundation has a fiscal year ending June 30.  To be considered, three (3) copies of the fully completed and signed grant application and all attachments should be received no later than March 31.

Although there are periodic meetings, the Foundation considers and awards grants once a year.  

The next scheduled meeting of the trustees will be held in June 2011.
